If Lusha can't help, use JobVantage credits instead (8p an email, 18p a phone)

Used when Lusha refuses the key, is out of credits, has no details for the person, or finds them without the email or phone that was asked for. It is billed as usual. If Lusha says "too many requests", JobVantage credits are never used: the recruiter is asked to try again in a minute.

Member limits still apply to the backup: Off stops reveals on your Lusha too, and a cap counts JobVantage credits only (the backup included). Set them in Members & limits.
